The Helen Navrotski Foundation accepts the following forms of payment:
Shipping Method: Our preferred methods of shipping are USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail and UPS ground, insured. We will not ship to PO Boxes. We require a signature confirmation for orders over $250.00.
Returns: We understand that occasionally an item needs to be returned or exchanged. Please adhere to the following return policy for damaged merchandise, exchanges/returns.
Damaged Merchandise will be exchanged with the same or similar item based on availability. The replacement item will be shipped at no additional charge to you. You must notify us by email or telephone within 5 days of receipt of damaged merchandise. We will initiate a damage claim with the shipping company that was responsible for delivering your merchandise. Customer must have packaging available for a specified period of time for the shipper, (UPS, USPS, etc.), to examine the extent of the damage. If instructed to do so, please ship your return via the shipper we request (USPS First Class/Priority or UPS ground) and retain your shipping receipt until exchange/credit process has been completed.
Exchanges/Returns will not be permitted unless merchandise is damaged.
All merchandise prices are based on in-stock availabilty.
Please Note: Due to the collectible nature of sports memorabilia, the signing schedule of athletes, and the potential for market volatility, an item may be out of stock when you place your order. CharitySignings.com puts in every effort for this not to occur, however if the item ordered is no longer in stock, we will provide the buyer with a full refund and a coupon code for 10% off their next order.
